Welcome to Greener Garden State

Global warming is no longer an assumption. It is a fact. Even though a global movement is needed to truly reverse and prevent further devastating environmental effects, why not start with the most densely populated state in the country?

While sweeping state legislation does help the problem on a macro level, each individual New Jerseyean can do his own part. It is each individual citizen’s responsibility to understand the issues that affect one’s daily life and to take action, whenever possible, to help create a sustainable environment for generations to come.

The earth should not be thought of as a commodity. It should be seen as a resource for the betterment of the human population, but not at the expense of every other non-human living organism.

With this said, I invite New Jerseyeans to make his life a little greener. I just ask you to think about your daily activities, and ask yourselves if there are ways you can strengthen your environmental footprint. Read on to find out other ways to lean toward a greener lifestyle.

Happily Green,

Krysta
